Hospice Home Care is celebrating its 20th anniversary by hosting a unique life care planning seminar for seniors. Businesses that can aide with senior’s lifestyles will be discussing their services and what options are available.  

Hospice Home Care will be making three presentations on 5 Wishes—a living will that talks about personal, emotional, spiritual, and medical wishes for end of life care. Our staff will guide you through the 5 Wishes to put you and your family’s minds at ease concerning end of life decisions. Three different presentations will be made at 10:00 am, 11:00 am, and 12:00 pm for your convenience.
